Hello there potential house mate! We have a double room available, in a four bedroom detached house in Frenchay available from the 8th September. It has great access to Filton, Downend, Fishponds, M32, M4, M5, Parkway Station, Abbey Wood, Aztect West but is still just 10 mins drive from city centre. The cycle routes and buses are pretty good around here too. There is a large garden and kitchen, dishwasher, tumble drier, double garage, Fibre Optic Broadband and Cable TV; it has everything else you would expect in a house. The rent is £260, bills are on top so we all pay just £380 all in. Not too bad!! Good news, there are no agency fees. :) Current household consists of 2 guys and 1 girl.
